Check-in / check-out
• Arrival at the hotel is after 14:00, and departure by 10:00.
• Early arrival and late departure are possible only with prior request (the hotel reserves the right to charge an additional fee for these services).
• Please inform us if you plan to check in at the hotel after 21:00.
• If you plan to leave the hotel before 8:00, please inform us the day before departure.
• Please have all participants' personal documents ready upon arrival at the hotel, as we need them for the check-in process.
• If your stay is not paid in advance, payment is made upon arrival, and it is possible to pay in cash or by card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro or Diners).
Meals
• Breakfast is served from 8:00 to 11:00.
• If you plan to leave the hotel before breakfast, please contact the reception or restaurant staff the day before departure for a lunch package.
• Half-board dinner is served from 18:00 to 21:00 in the off-season or until 22:00 in the season
• Taking food out of the restaurant is not allowed, except with the exceptional permission of the restaurant staff.
• If you have special dietary requirements (lactose intolerance, gluten, etc.), please inform us before arrival.
• If you want to charge the restaurant services to your room, you are required to check and sign the bill for them. Subsequent complaints are not possible.
Hotel room
• Visits to the hotel room are not allowed. Please use the space of our restaurant or pool to socialize or talk with your visitors.
• Bringing flammable or explosive materials, and bringing objects with an unpleasant smell into any area of the hotel is not allowed.
• The mains voltage is 220 V. The use of your own heating devices (irons, stoves, etc.) in the rooms is not allowed.
• Hand washing is not allowed. The hotel offers a laundry and ironing service as described below.
• Please do not take bath towels, bedspreads, etc. out of the rooms. We have prepared a wellness / beach set for you as described below.
• Smoking in the rooms is strictly prohibited. In case of non-compliance with this rule, you will be charged a cleaning fee of €200 per night, and the fire department will be notified via a smoke detector.
• Please close the door when leaving the room. It is not necessary to return the room card to the reception when leaving the hotel.
• Please return the room card when checking out of the hotel. Lost cards are charged EUR 5 per card.
• Please do not create noise that could disturb other guests in the rooms, corridors and public areas of the hotel, especially during the night.
• Room cleaning is done daily in the morning hours until 2:00 PM. After that, daily room cleaning is no longer possible. If your room was not cleaned, possible reasons are: because you activated the “Do Not Disturb” sign on your room door; or because your room card is in the card holder (which means you are in the room); or because your pet is in the room.
Pets
• Pets are allowed in the hotel room with prior notice, a certain surcharge (as stated in the price list), and subject to compliance with these house rules.
• One room can accommodate a maximum of 1 pet (possibly more with special permission from the hotel management).
• Please do not leave pets unattended and always keep them on a leash throughout the hotel.
• Dogs are not allowed in the outdoor pool area, wellness area, or restaurant.
Safekeeping of money and valuables
• You can store your valuables in the safety deposit box located in the closet of each hotel room. Use of the safe is free of charge.
• The hotel is not responsible for any valuables or money left in the room.
Laundry and ironing service
• If you wish to use laundry or ironing services, place your laundry in the designated bag located in your room's closet, fill out the appropriate form and attach it to the laundry bag.
• Hand the bag over to the reception staff or leave it in your room where the maids will pick it up during daily cleaning.
Mini bar
• The mini bar is filled only at the guest's request. If you wish to have it filled, please contact the hotel reception. Otherwise, you are free to use it as a refrigerator.
Dress code
• Please do not wear inappropriate clothing in the hotel's public areas, e.g. pajamas, underwear, swimsuits, and to be appropriately dressed when visiting our restaurant. Walking around any public area of the hotel without shoes, or when wet from the beach or pool is not permitted.
Wellness / beach set
• Upon arrival, you will find a bag with beach or pool towels in your room (1 towel per person). These towels can be replaced at an additional cost (€1.50 per towel).
• Bathrobes are also available at an additional cost (€3.00 per bathrobe).
Children in the hotel
• Parents are directly responsible for the behavior of their children at all times, and their noise, liveliness or play must not disturb the peace of other guests.
• Please do not leave children unattended in the hotel's public areas, especially in the pool area or on the playground.
• Please note that jumping into the pool is not allowed.
Damages and defects
• Please take care of and do not steal the hotel inventory and installations.
• Please report any possible defects and deficiencies in the room immediately to the hotel reception.
• The guest is responsible for any damage caused to the hotel property, whether by his fault or the fault of a person for whom he is responsible, whether accidentally or intentionally.
• The guest is obliged to compensate for any damage before checking out of the hotel.
• If the damage is discovered after the guest's departure, and if all other options for compensation have been exhausted, the hotel reserves the right to charge the card used for the reservation for the amount of the damage.
Violation of the house rules may result in the denial of use of services.
